@KnowingBetterYT Nope. Masktards get the same shame and contempt they had for citizens who were smart enough to see through the propaganda 5 years ago.
@AlaskanGroyper@FishingGroper I'm taking home $2500 a week on my current project working 50 hours...but damn, the mind numbing conversations make me want to blow my brains out.
@mis_aligned I've worked for foreman who hated their home life and worked weekends to get away from their families. They expected everyone else to do the same.
@xwanyex I lived in low-income neighborhoods growing up. I had stuff stolen from me, sucker punched, etc. Anytime I pushed back against their aggression, 5 would come back looking to jump me.
I spent my 20's doing everything possible to ensure I never had to live around them again.
@PathOfMen_ I'm currently using my 5 weeks off work to catch up on home projects. Adding Lights/ fans in rooms. Gym everyday.
Being an electrician that chases big money jobs usually comes with stretches of down time. Gotta stay moving.
@dissproportion I'm 40 and people were saying it's over when I was 25. Reddit and "muh late stage capitalism" one-shot a lot of people into never trying at all in their 20's and 30's.
@norwoodhero@blueprintsmb22 You're a bitter, seething loser. New apprentices make $25/hr in my area. Journeyman electricians that WANT to chase the money and Make $200k+ have the option to do so. My current gig is a cushy maintenance job making $110k working 40 hours/wk. Have fun staying poor.
@blueprintsmb22 I avoid talking about money at work. If I'm not happy with my salary, I find a better deal.
These newer apprentices find out what journeyman make, and decide to just shut their brains off and drag their feet because "they dont get paid enough".
@BoomerDivvies Most people don't catch the bottom on a correction. Usually drops another 5-10% from where they bought before recovering and going higher.
@DiscipleAesop@Cernovich This is the reason I decided to buy a small house as a single person. I could no longer tolerate loud music at random times, domestic disputes, door slamming.
Didn't matter how nice the area was, it always had these issues. No more shared walls for me.
