Today is about PAIN. I have a form to fill in - mentally painful. I then have to talk to someone about why I need to go on a pain management course after I have been referred by my GP to the Pain Clinic who referred me for the course cos it could help. More Pain 🤷‍♀️😳🤷‍♀️
