@XanderCoriander You're so welcome and thanks for reading! All of my posts are listed in date order on there in the Mental Health tab, there's a lot of posts about anxiety, I have 3 anxiety disorders and it took ages to get diagnosed so it's not all agoraphobia specific but might be helpful. ❤️
@XanderCoriander I'm so sorry it resonates but I'm also really glad we're not alone, even though it feels that way. I wrote that 11 years ago and whenever I go back and read old posts I think they'll be outdated and they rarely are. My anxiety changes but somehow stays the same too. Huge love! ❤️
@SEDSConnective Please could you ask, what can we do for functional hallux limitus? Is it just insoles and managing the pain or can we reverse it in any way, especially if it began within the last year?
@signalcaster @DRDisabilityReb I would agree but when 50+%, historically 75%, of refusals are overturned at appeal, it would appear they're not being "good stewards" and are deliberately denying people who are rightfully entitled to support. This lengthens the process and makes it needlessly more expensive!
@scserendipity1@Shrink_at_Large Reporting suicide methods, especially those used by high profile people leads to suicide contagion by those same methods. Samaritans media guidelines clearly state that method shouldn't be mentioned because of this, neither should phrasing about "ways out" or "pain ending" etc.
@NinjaTHaii@Number10cat I'm so sorry about your brother. Everyone is different and suicide is an incredibly complex thing to prevent. It sounds like you did everything you could and your brother knew you were there and you cared, that really matters. I'm really sorry for your loss.
If you take one thing from World Suicide Prevention Day today it should be this: if you think someone isn’t OK, ask them about it. You can interrupt someone’s suicidal thoughts. You could even save their life.
Let’s prevent suicide today. Because tomorrow’s too late.
@Swiftsswallows I'm so sorry. I've experienced this way too many times and was needle phobic for over 20 years because of it. Can you possibly go to a phlebotomy clinic in a hospital? They generally use smaller needles and are experts and often so much better than nurses at GP surgeries.
@NHSAbility@NHSEngland Do autistic people need to be formally diagnosed to apply for this? Is self-identification whilst on an autism assessment waiting list allowed?
@SabineG04696236@KrisCamp23@chydorina I'm pretty sure cetirizine is an antihistamine not a decongestant. I'm fine on antihistamines but most decongestants give me terrible Tachycardia and make my heartbeat much more noticeable too. It gets so bad that I can't sleep.
