A souvlaki marinade recipe to make at home. It's good with chicken, pork or lamb:

1/2 lb. chicken, cubed
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 t. dried oregano
2 t. Olive oil
1/2 t. salt
