@CitroenIndia @CitroenIndia it took me two weeks to get a confirmation for a paid service. The vehicle was to be picked up today between 10.00 to 11.00AM, however has been picked up at 3.00 PM that too after calling the service centre & your helpline. Please do something to improve service

@CitroenIndia After getting a service appointment with pick up and drop for today, after struggling or two weeks, nobody turned up. I called the Service Centre and the CRM says that the driver called you and stated that you have rescheduled the appointment to tomorrow, which was not true. Help

@CitroenIndia Thanks for taking notice. However, I have a suggestion- kindly don’t treat my complaint in a routine fashion. Hear the stories of your vehicle owners, specially those struggling with issues and complaining. Depute someone from your senior management to understand and correct.
