@JagexSupport Is it not possible to simply check the account to detect any unusual activity. Surely you are not so busy that you can’t take the time to investigate whether someone illegitimate is on the account. 4 year iron 6b bank gone. I have played osrs since release. Never again.

@JagexSupport Your lack of action resulted in disaster. 4 days later when I was finally able to recover the account. Everything was gone. If action had been taken when I requested assistance then this would have all been avoided. You gifted the hacker 4 days to bypass my bank pin. Sad.

@JagexSupport I have submitted two recovery requests. Both denied. Both containing sensitive rightful account information. Both taking 7 and almost 20 hours to come back respectfully. I will keep trying. I just feel like all this wasted time is giving this potential hacker time to force my pin

Who would have thought??? Faux getting ragged at corp and contacts Archie and gets the INSTANT reply of it getting taken care of. Yeah right, streamer favoritism isnt in place here ???? So many reports of plenty of people getting ragged at corp, but ofcourse they get no reply
