Castro had another quality showing at the Houston Preseason ID.
Balanced, chalk to chalk RH swing with a mature approach. Athletic receiver BTD with a quality arm who can really move.
High IQ backstop.๐

Had a great game behind the plate throwing out the only runner that attempted and multiple blocks. Here are a few highlights! @Grim_Strong@RecruitMETx@RPHSBaseball
Had a nice weekend overall at the plate and in the field. 5-9 at the plate with 2 triples, a double and 2 singles. Had 10 total chances and ended the weekend with a 1.000 fielding %.

It is with profound sadness that we report the passing of longtime METx coach, Richard Thistlethwaite, on Wednesday afternoon. Coach T leaves a legacy of positively impacting the lives of countless players, coaches, friends, and family. His mantra โ โIโve got cancer, it doesnโt have meโ โ epitomized his resilient attitude and was undoubtedly a huge factor in his ability to battle his disease for more than 13 years. He was an amazing person, a loyal friend, and he will be deeply, deeply missed.
Rest In Peace T
