There’s an important by-election in Battle River—Crowfoot, and our Liberal candidate, Darcy Spady, is ready to be a strong voice for people and families in communities across the riding.
Anyone from the United States, please tell me. What can we do to help you. I live in Canada and am absolutely disgusted to see what is happening south of us. I want to help but have no clue what I can do that can help you. #usa#help#ALIGATORALCATRAZ#aligatorauschwitz
A reminder to City Council on these ridiculously hot days.
When the bus fails to come for upwards to hours. It's not just an inconvenience anymore - You're putting people's lives on the line and straining our medical services with preventable responses.
Suck less or people die
Measles was eliminated in Canada in 1998. Now, thanks to vaccine disinformation, we are seeing the highest rates in decades.
12 Albertans are now in ICU with complications of measles.
This is a preventable tragedy.
Vaccines work.
Please get vaccinated.

It was such an honour to be able to be there for the swearing in ceremony of Marie-France Lalonde today. I appreciate the invite, and the special tour of the house of commons. Such an awesome experience to be able to sit in observe this! #Liberals#election2025#canada
@Uber I am so disappointed with your company! I took a trip last night home from work. The app or driver screwed up and stated I was still in the car! I cancelled the trip so I could actually tip my driver and end the ride, and now you charged me an extra cancellation fee????!!!
@prettypatriotCA@CBCNews You are absolutely correct! Good job Mary! There is no conclusive proof that points to that! Thank you for informing everyone who possibly didn't know 🥰🥰
At approx. 19:00 this evening, we received a call from a monitoring company reporting active fire alarms in the 100 block of Booth St. Shortly after the call from the monitoring company, multiple 9-1-1 calls were received reporting a fire in a five-storey residential high-rise. Firefighters arrived on scene 2min after being dispatched to the call and confirmed heavy black smoke coming out of a fourth floor window at the front of the building. Firefighters began a fast attack and located the fire unit on the fourth floor. Firefighters breached the door of the unit and were met with heavy black smoke and zero visibility conditions. While searching the unit, Firefighters located an unconsciousness resident and brought them down to the lobby where Firefighters had established a medical sector to assess and treat the victim. At 19:19, Firefighters confirmed the victim had regained a pulse. Two dogs and one cat were also found inside the unit and were all unconscious. Firefighters assessed and treated all three and were able to revive one of the dogs. Unfortunately, the other dog and cat succumbed to their injuries. The fire, which was located in the bedroom where the victim was found, was declared under control at 19:19. Extensive ventilation operations started and the air quality was monitored for readings of carbon monoxide. Firefighters contained the fire to the unit of origin before it could spread throughout the structure. An @OttFire Investigator has been dispatched to the scene. #OttNews

@OccTranspo hey I'm on the o-train heading eastbound, there is caution tape on this train and blood on some of the seats and floor. They shut down trains for nothing it seems but when something like this happens, it still runs??!!!
