@Utahfarmersorg1 The HOA for my neighborhood has been great. Almost too lenient on a couple issues. Having heard so many horror stories, particularly around financial management flag it as something that needs stronger laws around it to ensure they function better for everyone.

Economics is a subject that actively relies on the phrase “all else being equal.” To hold every other variable constant so they can adjust the one they want.
Not that they go back and add in the other variables that will disprove them later.

@bronzeagemantis If your kids only respond to violence to correct behavior it is indicative of a host of developmental problems. All of which are heritable. Meaning that the last people capable of using violence to correct those children are the impulsive parents that gave them the trait.

The UK will be able to break free once advocating for your own interests is not viewed as low class.
