On Jan 28th, the CHCS Table Tennis Team secured the 2026 City Table Tennis Championship title at Highfields School. The team remained undefeated against every Wolverhampton school. This victory marks a decade of consistent excellence, bringing our medal tally to 4🥇 & 8 🥈!
A special thank you to the @Wtonmusic who organised and funded this event. We are also immensely proud of Aisha in Year 11 who was one of many students from across Wolverhampton to perform as part of this concert.
On Thursday, Year 9 students attended a classical concert and witnessed an amazing performance combining the history of music as far back as the 1600s to the present day. It was a pleasure to see the @wolvsymphorch and Youth Orchestra performing together.
We are supporting Children's #MentalHealthWeek by @Place2Be. 📢Hear what our #ColtonHills students (and staff) have to say on this year's theme which focuses on belonging. Best recording award goes to Mrs Stanton, who has definitely cheered us all up in this gloomy weather! 😁🌧️

We also visited the second area of Auschwitz-Birkenau, where they saw the barracks in which victims slept and the ruins of the gas chambers that the Nazis attempted to destroy to conceal their crimes after they began losing the war. An eye-opening and educational trip.
On Tuesday, 10 Feb, two Year 12 #History students, accompanied by Mr Banks, visited Auschwitz-Birkenau, the former Nazi concentration camp turned museum in Oświęcim. They had a tour of Auschwitz, where they witnessed the horrific atrocities carried out by the Nazi regime.

Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing a series of #onlinesafety content for families to get a better understanding of what children and young adults could be exposed to in the virtual world. It is important to be aware of the dangers and we hope these posts will help. 📱👩💻
