I really enjoyed reading about unions in this chapter. I found it especially surprising to learn that the number of unions has been steadily going down. I imagine pressure from corporations is a big part of that.

I found chapter 6 to be quite useful. I especially liked the part where it discussed the importance of using keywords to appear to be a better candidate in the automated applicant systems.
