@ShinierVaporeon Hey Shing, sorry to hear that. I try to eat mainly meat and fish. I don't eat too much fruit or veg because that can be bad for digestion. Drinking a ton of water all day helps. Exercise really helps and smoking less or not at all. Hope you feel better soon 🙂
