Everyone in St Columba’s looked at how we all need to be responsible and stay safe when using digital technology. We watched stories, wrote poems, designed posters and discussed the impact it has on the world around us. Great work everyone😊

Celebrating St Brigid’s Day at St Columba’s 🙏🏼💚

The P5, P6 and P7 pupils enjoyed making St Brigid’s crosses to mark the feast day. A big thank you to parents and grandparents who joined us and gave us a helping hand.

Reception and Primary 1 loved welcoming their grandparents to the school this morning for some stories, songs and fun🥰 We wanted to show just how special our grandparents are to us and thank them for everything they do🤩 #grandparentsrock

Primary 5/6 are busy learning about their topic ‘Reach for the Stars.’ It has been very exciting for us as the uncle of one of our pupils has just fulfilled his lifetime dream of travelling into Space with Virgin Galactic this month.

The pupils had many questions to ask Mr Beattie and we found out lots of amazing facts.
Johnny’s Uncle Trevor, took our school logo into space with him and also gave us a signed picture of the space craft he travelled in. Thank you Trevor and thank you Pete.

It was the turn of our girls today at the @Doire_mBunscol All County Girls Football Final. As always they did us proud😊

A very enjoyable day had by all our boys and girls who took part at the Castle Cup hurling and camogie tournament organised by @StPatsMaghera.
