@flugempire The B12’s GOR is up much sooner than the ACC’s…..people always underestimate the ACC. B12 has a few assets the ACC would like but they need travel partners. ACC has more potential to increase revenue than the B12.

[lee @Columbushokie]

@pcdebol @MHver3 They cannot buy out the rights. They signed over their rights to the ACC. The ACC owns whatever the schools get to broadcast their games. There is no buyout

[lee @Columbushokie]

@AggieJerry @MHver3 That’s not how a GOR works. The ACC owns any reimbursement FL State receives regardless of which conference it is in.

[lee @Columbushokie]

@CouchRacerShop The real question is “Should businesses endorse things that offend their customers?” Anyone who stopped drinking Bud Light should have no problem with this suspension.

[lee @Columbushokie]

@sangerco @bopalmer30 @MHver3 I’m sure Sanford has gotten rid of professors they felt were endorsing things out of their mission as well.

[lee @Columbushokie]

#askdbc when Bubba asked Freddie “what happened yesterday? Did the balance go away?” I knew there must be a classic Freddie story. Do tell!

[lee @Columbushokie]

@Next_Gen_Ath No one specific but VT needs 8-10 starters. Can’t be too picky when you lost 8 games

[lee @Columbushokie]

@Next_Gen_Ath What does the future of football look like for schools not in the top 15 or so “blue blood” programs? Why should fans stay engaged if there is almost certainly little chance for success?

[lee @Columbushokie]

@FreddieKraft My favorite part of this thread is seeing how many people don’t know what unprecedented means.

[lee @Columbushokie]

@BradP316 @FreddieKraft But the suspension is still unprecedented. This type of retaliation happens all the time. I just hope they are consistent with it.

[lee @Columbushokie]

@freepasslane @FreddieKraft ^^expert trolling here. Well done!

[lee @Columbushokie]

@TonyTheSaltyOne @bobpockrass Told ya, it was obvious they had to do something. I think they hit the nail in the head. Sitting for a week will cost him more than they could fine him. I will be very interested to see how consistent they are with this going forward

[lee @Columbushokie]

@G_Norris03 @GregBlackburn32 @SpotterBrett No I’m going to have a reasonable discussion and will invite all opinions. That’s what adults do. Bubba stepped over the line And deserves a steep fine and points taken away. but we need to stop acting like this is any different that we’ve seen 1000 times in NASCAR history.

[lee @Columbushokie]

@PSterling9512 @bobpockrass @NASCAR If you can’t see that this is sports and that fights happen all the time in sports then you need a different hobby. Why is everyone trying to blow this out of proportion? I wonder what their motivation could be?

[lee @Columbushokie]

@PSterling9512 @bobpockrass @NASCAR Guys get out and push each other all the time. This is not new, this is a part of the sport. Guys go at it on and off the track because they are competing at a very high level. You labeling it a physical attack is way off base.

[lee @Columbushokie]

@LBrodski @ClaireBLang WHAT!?! I don’t want to watch that version of nascar. If you take out retaliation on the track this all gets very boring. It’s a competition and I want to watch people competing passionately. He deserves a fine and points. Maybe a week out but please don’t neuter the sport

[lee @Columbushokie]

@GregBlackburn32 @SpotterBrett You are the problem. This right here is what is wrong with our culture. What is the logical outcome of refusing to consider different opinions? Think this through

[lee @Columbushokie]

@ratatude @SpotterBrett Do you even listen to the show? 😂 These guys are nothing if not honest. But be careful not to fall into the modern trap of painting different opinions as dishonest or stupid. Sometimes people just disagree

[lee @Columbushokie]

@FreddieKraft @ChrisOwens62 @SpotterBrett Seriously. Some of these “fans” need to pay closer attention.

[lee @Columbushokie]

@TonyTheSaltyOne @bobpockrass I’ll bet you a hat that they do. Friendly wager. You seem like a good dude.
