Especially in middle/high end communities.
Homeowners are upset until they sell.
Find the community realtor and bring him to the meeting and he will do all the work selling it.
Board is using an expert in making that decision
@heIpfullandlord HOA’s w/good management co’s are great for investors but you need to know who they are.
Good operators will terminate contracts with bad boards.
Usually charge more to not over burden their managers. Lower cost means more HOA’s per manager.
Give annual yearly recap w/budget.
