Today Nursey and Reception teamed up for a very fun Christmas bauble hunt!

We looked under, next to, on top of and inside!

Great team work shown, together we found all 30 then ended our search singing some Christmas songs!

Today’s Reception gardeners did a fabulous job helping Graham and Hayley. We tucked the radish’s into a lovely cosy straw bed for the winter and pulled lots of weeds before adding them to our compost bin. Well done team!

In Reception we have been consolidating our understanding of the number ‘5’

We explored how ‘5’ is made up of other numbers by tossing 5 objects inside and outside a hoop. We then represented this in a 5’s frame!
