- the claim for compensation for my luggage
Both are legally owed me due to the Montreal Convention

it's been 43 days since I filed a reimbursment claim for the essentials I needed to buy after you lost my luggage (which has still not been found). Please pay me the money you legally owe me.
Unacceptable treatment.

40 days. No baggage. No contact. No compensation yet for essentials bought. No answered emails, no answered calls. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. What kind of a business are you running.

@nic_jare@AeroNikolaTesla obviously there's a hell of a lot of lost and delayed luggage right now, I just hope I can get mine back at some point, but losing hope :(
@nic_jare@AeroNikolaTesla Nope. Not a single update. Customer service/communication has been shocking. Would seriously consider never flying with them again. Not worth the massive stress and loss of money
