PatPros Tip of the Week(ish): Trying to avoid restrictions in #patent application at the USPTO?
Consider drafting method claims that depend from a system/apparatus claim! For example: "A method of operating the system of claim 1, the method comprising..."

PatPros Tip of the Week(ish): Searching for #patents/apps by Atty Docket # in the @uspto 's PatentCenter? You can enter the first few characters and add an asterisk at the end to pull up a group (e.g., "68053* will pull up all pats/apps with docket numbers that start with 68053)!
In observance of Veterans Day, the USPTO is closed tomorrow, November 11, 2022, so deadlines falling tomorrow get pushed to Monday (11/14/22)!
