Whether it is the energy of the HS boys, the excitement of the MS girls and boys, or the notable improvement of the HS girls, summer S&C is underway and going strong every M/W/Th morning.
Summer strength and conditioning is right around the corner! Be there and become a better athlete! We will lift three days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and will have four lift sections available.
Talan attends our Early Bird S&C class. He participates in football, basketball, and golf. He has done a great job this max out week putting in effort everyday. He has continued to improve. Congratulations Talan on becoming a better ATHLETE!
Bryce is a part of our 1st period Fitness and Weightlifting class. Bryce has done a great job all semester and has earned lifter of the week on his last full week of school at CCHS. Congratulations Bryce!
Patrick is a part of our Early Bird S&C class. He participates in football, track, golf, and basketball. Patrick has done an amazing job becoming more committed to the weight room this spring. Congrats Patrick on becoming a better ATHLETE!
We are halfway through summer S&C which earned our attendees a breakfast prepared by Ginger’s Top Shelf and sponsored by Central Park Dentistry - Charles City and Edward Jones- Financial Advisor: Jessie Schultz.

Friday is the Comet Gridiron Showcase! This is our final day of camp and "showcases" all of the work our 7-12 football players have put in this offseason. This event is free and the public is encouraged to attend! 6:15 start for middle school, followed by high school.
We are in our final week of summer S&C with training sessions continuing for M/W/Th at same times.
If you are able to, the National Guard will be at our campus hosting a BONUS workout for HS/MS tomorrow morning at 7:00 AM.
Today we discussed being a consistent and reliable person. Something our teammates, teachers, coaches, and family members deserve. Keep showing up - hard work is always worth it.
Reminder summer strength training resumes tomorrow 7/8. We have three weeks of programming left! HS boys at 6:30 AM, MS boys/girls at 7:15 AM, and HS girls at 7:45 AM.
