In May 2001, President Obasanjo was scheduled to make a 3-day working trip to Japan.
He drove to the airport, where it is reported that he waited for roughly three hours.
Why? His Vice-President Atiku was airborne and unable to land because of bad weather. Obasanjo waited until his VP touched down, before he boarded his own flight to Japan.
This was in keeping with Nigerian state protocol and national security convention, that the President and Vice President should never be out of the country at the same time.
Seems like a different era, doesn’t it?
Chimsom Chuka walked into Biggie’s house as a pharmacist, actor, creative and proud son of Anambra, and he gave every part of himself a platform.
He showed us the thinker, the analyser, the competitor and the entertainer.
He represented his profession with pride, brought his culture with him, and carried his family’s name with dignity.
Chimsom showed up. He competed. He won. He laughed. He created chaos. He made memories.
Mr Show Ya Sef showed us himself and WE SAW HIM. 🥹🧡
THANK YOU, CHIMSOM CHUKA🦁🧡

Never wanted to speak on this but I have to because the big brother show is our own
Till now I can’t understand how someone that’s part of the production team will be clearly supporting one housemate ahead of the other
What Kayvee did today with that tweet is highly questionable and unacceptable, everyone deserves a fair chance and we want a fair winner
We say NO to Favouritism !!

Hello everyone, please, I urgently need your help and attention. My sister and other NYSC corps members who left Bayelsa State yesterday were attacked along the Kogi Express Road. Sadly, the driver was killed, and the corps members were reportedly taken into the forest.
Up until now, we have not heard from them, and the family is deeply worried and devastated. We have contacted the police, but unfortunately, we have not received any positive feedback yet.
Please, I am appealing to the NYSC, the Federal Government, security agencies, and everyone who can help to urgently intervene and do everything possible to rescue them safely.
Please, we don’t want anything to happen to our loved ones. . They are someone’s children, siblings and loved ones. Their lives matter.
Please help us amplify this message and tag the relevant authorities. We are begging for urgent action before it is too late.

Grief changes you.
It completely morphs your exoskeleton. Then goes inside the deepest depths and rearranges your squishy parts. Nothing feels like it is where it was before. You're a whole new person. The person before you knew them and had them and this person in the after.
I see many people are suprised that Ricky picked Bells. Lol. That's how I know that many of you don't really watch the show. Since from Day 3, Ricky had made it known to Joseph that he met Bells during the auditions and they stayed in touch from then.
When Ricky had the issue with Nomi, Bells literally fought her and Tems, in defense of Ricky.
Ricky had mentioned in a conversation to some HMs that he helped Bells to come up with the name "Bells" when she got selected, coz she couldn't use "Isabella" her real name. He said they had to come up with a unique name and they came up with "Bells".
They have consistently saved each other since week 1, with few exceptions.
It's only if you don't watch the show that you will be surprised. Lol

@UnkleAyo Everything comes down to ELECTRICITY!! No Electricity, no industrialization! No SMEs, No utility to maximize!
FIX Electricity, and you will have a thriving Ecosystem that will power multiple industries and spin-off.
I was expecting one idiot to tweet this.
It doesn't matter how useless your expression is as a Nigerian - whether in comments or actions, there's another useless Nigerian to defend you.
Say na "pull someone down" - as per I tweeted his intentions. Next thing you bastards will say is that they're envious of him.
This is exactly what defense looks like. Trying to forcefully shut people up, people who are calling the foolishness out - shutting them up by saying
"It's okay, e don do" -
Signifies that you don't understand the gravity of the conversation at hand. Incubating cultures where it's okay to subtly express intentions like that is demonic.
You crush it so hard, it is not attractive for anyone to "cruise" with.
Nigerians defend fraudsters, rapists, pedophiles, terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, corrupt politicians, serial killers and even armed robbers.
A haven for criminals and like minds.
When you suddenly decide to hold someone accountable you are the one plotting their " downfall ".
Same script all year long.
