Comic book creators deserve accurate credits.
"Probably the biggest single theft from a single human being in human history" - Alan Moore on Marvel v Jack Kirby
@Kirby4Heroes@Marvel Unfortunately, like Marvel's lying Stan Lee "Documentary" this is more of Marvel efforts to damn Jack Kirby with faint praise and mislead readers.
Jack Kirby wrote those stories, not Stan Lee.
Here is just a sample of the issues with this article.
@MrTimWebber@Marvel
Marvel insults Jack Kirby on his birthday with this deceptive article.
Marvel still refuses to give Jack Kirby the writing credits he earned, just as they refused to give him the original art that he owned.

@MrTimWebber Did Marvel demand these false or misleading claims in your Kirby Birthday article? Or did you do them yourself? Are you aware that Marvel refuses Jack Kirby accurate writing credits for his 1960's comics as they refused the return of his art? Are you OK with that?
@MrTimWebber@jcbaggee@ND_Steve Hi Tim,
Did Marvel demand these false or misleading claims in your Kirby Birthday article?
Or did you do them yourself?
Are you aware that Marvel refuses Jack Kirby accurate writing credits for his 1960's comics like they refused the return of his art?

Jack Kirby's Silver Surfer was destroyed by Stan Lee in 1968. Lee turned Kirby's noble being into a whiny crybaby who knowingly committed genocide to countless trillions of sentient beings but pouted about humans being mean.

@benningsjen@Kirby4Heroes Kirby's version of the Silver Surfer was destroyed by Stan Lee in 1968. Stan Lee turned Kirby's noble being into a whiny crybaby who did not even care that he knowingly committed genocide to countless trillions of sentient beings but moped about people being mean.
@Branion7651 I wonder if you are aware that Jim Starlin, the legendary comic book creator of the Infinity Gauntlet, has concerns about the way your Newsbreak story on James Gunn appeared. I wonder if you would care to revise the language to contextualize Gunn's "I made up the Infinity Stones"
Jim Starlin, the legendary comic book creator of the Infinity Gauntlet, has concerns about the way the Newsbreak story on James Gunn appeared. Perhaps they could revise the language to contextualize "I made up the Infinity Stones."

@comics_jeff Gerry Conway made a theme of people pretending to be happy when they were not. It shows what a vastly better writer he was than Marvel Method pretenders like Stan Lee or Roy Thomas.
Marvel STOLE @IamSteranko's writing credit on Captain America.
In 2015, Steranko's writing credits were on Marvel's site. Now they say... what else?
Stan Lee.
#StanLeeLied#MarvelLied#ComicsWillBreakYourHeart
Did Marvel even tell Steranko first?
@iamsternako Are you aware that Marvel took away your writing credit on Captain America?
Did Marvel tell you or did they erase the truth in secret? In 2015, Marvel listed all three issues as being written by you. But your writing is now credited to-- guess who?
Stan Lee.
@comics_jeff A quibble: This is not supported by facts. This is merely "Stan said"
What Kirby said is that he brought his new superhero creations to Marvel and Goodman published them one at a time to make sure the market was there for them.
What we know for sure is #StanLeeLied
It is now available via Google Drive for anyone interested in checking it.
A historical research made with all my heart, dedicated to all the creators who were deprived of the right to benefit from their own creations. Hope you enjoy the ride!

@iamsteranko Are you aware that Marvel has taken away your writing credit on Captain America?
Did Marvel tell you or did they just erase the truth in secret?
In 2015, Marvel listed all three issues as being written by you. But your writing is now credited to-- guess who?
Stan Lee.
@iamsteranko@OverlordOf_Evil Are you aware that Marvel has taken away your writing credit on Captain America?
On all three issues, your brilliant writing is now credited to-- guess who?
Stan Lee.
@RealRoySchwartz@JewishBook@McFarlandCoPub In your IGN article you claim "The strong association... has been firmly established"
Not true. You quoted Dr. Hatters-Friedman laughing at the notion.
You did not mention:

Retraction, please.
@TomBrevoort Speaking of how problematic Marvel is, why is it OK they republish Stan Lee's gushing geyser of "uncorrected" LIES in the dishonest "Origins of Marvel Comics"?
Does Marvel think that honesty and integrity are GARBAGE?
Why would you go along with LYING to fans?
