Especially when it released. Eternals should have gotten a Disney+ show if anything.

For GotG they had a good idea for a movie with those characters & it worked.

They were planning on a gamble with the Authority, but didn't move forward because they couldn't get it right.

@Eon1Eno @MrGabeHernandez They just did Wonder Woman and there are other projects in development for her. They are focusing Superman for the first few movies in this new universe, which if you are building a DC Universe, makes a lot of sense.

So don't make choices for movies based on comic sales, make choices based on what would make a good story/movie

The numbers are so small in comparison to what ticket sales would be and don't translate anyway. Lol Name a more popular Supergirl story to adapt instead
