I do not think as a church we have yet come to grips with the fact that people are leaving organized religion not because they are attracted to vice, but because they are attracted to virtue and the people we keep offering as leaders & role models just don't have them.

Your purpose has phases. 

The word phase simply means a stage in a process of change or development.  Meaning, on your path to becoming, there are different phases that you go through. 

Part of our strength comes from properly identifying the phase we are in.

@jjmann17 It’s not the person saying it as much as the person hearing someone say it. The filters are real and people often hear through their lens of perception making the saying toxic.

Heard a miraculous story today about someone's ability to forgive an abusive relationship. All the details, no denials, no residual pain.

God wants us to enjoy the life that He’s given us. We need to rest not only our bodies, but we have to have internal rest.
