Watched "Day of Anger" (I Giorni Dell'Ira) last night. Great film, solid (maybe slightly atypical) plot & beautifully paced. The film finds Lee Van Cleef's Frank Talby in a more calculating & ruthless gunslinger mode. Unrelenting, yet so likeable, no-one does that better than LVC

I noted Scott's mule is named 'Sartana', which was the same name of another gunfighter in his own series of films.
'Anger was dir. by Tonino Valerii & released in '67 - while "If You Meet Sartana Pray for Your Death" was dir. by Renato Izzo (rel. '68). Haven't found the link yet.
