Everyone is vulnerable to Tuberculosis. Everyone from child to adults, especially people from late adulthood, elderly people, because as they grow they immune system is suppressed due to aging also patients with HIV/Aids are very vulnerable due to weak immune system.
People need to recognize it is important to practice equality by treating each other with honour and not having to label one another.
In most cases being black or white and being rich or poor is what creates conflict that often makes inequality inevitable.
