A San Diego judge has ruled that Rady Children’s Hospital may, for now, refuse cross-sex hormones to new minor patients.

Judge Matthew Braner issued the ruling Monday over California’s objection. No child can consent to this.

Missouri can repeal its 2024 abortion amendment Nov. 3.
