After Illinois passed a budget full of spending cuts and new tax hikes, the governor blamed President Trump for the state’s fiscal problems — pointing to $500 million in lost revenue from Trump’s “incomprehensible tariff policies” and a “Trump slump.”
He literally said Illinois “would not have suffered this problem” without it.
Meanwhile, Illinois has been drowning in structural deficits, massively underfunded pensions, high taxes, and businesses/people leaving for years — all issues controlled in Springfield under Pritzker and Democrats.
He’s used the same move on rising gas prices, blaming a Trump “war of choice.”
State-level failures get pinned on the White House every time. Classic deflection when you don’t want to own your own record.

Democrats — you and the rest of the Demo_Rats — better never say the words “Nazi” or “racist” again with a straight face. The selective outrage is pathetic. You don’t get to weaponize those terms against everyone else while platforming a guy who walked around with SS ink for 18 years and now wants credit for finally covering it up.

The demonstrators rallying for Karmelo Anthony, the teen who stabbed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf to death with a knife at a track meet and tried to run. His fundraiser raised over $680k, with signs saying “Justice for Karmelo Anthony.”
The only justice is Karmelo Anthony spending life in prison. An honor roll student who knew right from wrong. This isn’t a race issue — it’s about a young man who lost his life and the laws we have in America. Why carry a knife on school grounds in the first place?
