58 Bn held a CAP at Matijang village on 18-02-26 to support community development. Sh. Ghanshyam Behwal, DIG and 58 Bn officers, distributed sewing machines for women empowerment and livelihood, sports gear for promoting sports, and solar lights to promote for sustainable energy.

On 07/02/25, a lady named Tengmoi (33 Yrs) w/o Nekyoy (9362902573) of Kangvai was brought to the 58 Bn Unit Hospital by her Husband with a Knee Injury, while working in the field for first aid. Hospital staff provided first aid to her. They expressed their sincere gratitude.

On 17th November 2025, two youths from Throilok village met with a bike accident near Gothol. Displaying swift action and compassion, troops of 58 Bn CRPF promptly evacuated them to the unit hospital, where they received timely first aid. A humane face of duty in action. 🚑🇮🇳

On 31/10/25, troops of 58 Bn celebrated Rashtriya Ekta Diwas with pride and fervor on the 150th birth anniversary of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. A unity run was organized and pledge taken to uphold national integrity. A grand tribute to the architect of United India.

On 25/10/25, the final match of the volleyball tournament held at 1500 hrs, featured a thrilling clash between Molpheitampak and Tuibong vill teams. Molpheitampak team emerged victorious in a nail-biting finish in the presence of Sh Arun Kumar Meena, Comdt 32 Bn, the Chief Guest.

On 23/10/25, 58 Bn organized the opening ceremony of 03 days Volleyball tournament aidedby SAI under “Khelo India” for locals at Gothol to promote physical fitness. The Chief Guest, Sh Arun Kr Meena, Comdt 32 Bn boosted up the players to play with discipline and team spirit.

On 17/10/25, Paolaldin Gangte (23 yrs/M) S/o- Lalte Gangte, Gothol vill accidentally fell down & sustained serious injury at his left knee. Hospital staff of 58 Bn imdtly provided the treatment. His siblings overwhelmed & expressed their sincere gratititude for the hospitality.

As part of Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan 58 Bn CRPF, organized blood donation camp at Dist Hosp CCPUR on 26/10/25 under the agies of Sh. M. Mohan Comdt. 58 Bn.
13 CRPF officers and men donated blood by promoting the message of women’s health, welfare and awareness.

On 22/08/25, Manglenkap (9 Yrs) S/O Lalboy (8798618921) of Leisanbung got injured at vitals. Parents brought him to 58 Bn for first aid. He was provided first aid and sent to District Hospital CC Pur in unit vehicle for better treatment. They expressed their sincere gratitude.

On 12/08/25, the troops of 58 Bn, Kangvai conducted a massive bicyclke rally from Kangvai Junction to Torbung Bazar area. This bicycle rally aims to promote a sense of unity, patriotism, and national pride by encouraging every Indian household to proudly hoist the Indian flag.
