Made some more mouse cursors. Should be self-explanatory, similar to what you see in Red Alert 2. Also re-sized the old ones.

Zoom levels added and fixed the map so that its pixel-perfect.

Things for the future: switching backgrounds, increasing color saturation, filling in seams, and adding region borders.
