@Linksays_ I do have the legendary Vector... but so far the left Vector is the perfect stat that i got. Right one had a worst stat but dunno, i just kept it lmao

@Linksays_ I do have the Vector, but my biggest mistake is not exchanging those refined stat from the bounty reward weapon. If you remember, the bounty rewards you good weapons/accessories with decent stats.

Theres not much guide about it. But at least, this VSS weapon still deals dmg.
