@dorianvanserra I had some neighbors like this. They broke up before I got to the point of leaving a note but I was planning:
“After all you must understand that besides your pleasure there is such a thing as other people’s happiness and peace” - War and Peace, Book 8, Chapter 20
@MalikAustralia_ Wearing designer shoes because you like them is not a “broke mindset.” 🙄
The actual broke mindset is having a functional object but never using it for its purpose because it’s expensive.
@Smoffyob_Wilt @saintsoftness My guess: to become a good instapoet, poems must be short and not require too much thought to understand. To be a good poet, poems often require some thought to understand.
@jules_su To be clear, I’m not defending him, and I still think his behavior is quite odd here. But this seems more like a fundamental misunderstanding of his own medical care than self-transvestigation.
@jules_su My guess is that Amadeus here has gotten blood tests, but not DNA tests. I would bet that he thinks it’s part of a standard battery when they draw blood, so if he had XX they’d have told him by now.
I think this because he says “blood tests” (plural, no specific mention of DNA).
@jack_jaxter @OrchidNYC@dieworkwear@AddisonSmithTV@charisedwardss Jews sometimes pin the echo to their own usernames as a reclaiming practice, like a community taking back a slur. They’re saying “I’m Jewish, and I’m not hiding or pretending otherwise.”
Source: am Jewish, know some people who do this
@girlcel_ I’m cis and still flat (like, gaps in an A-cup bra w correct band) at age 23. Others here are right about the body needing fuel to grow, but in the interim, remember that a LOT of women’s bodies don’t come with tits, even after estrogen-based puberty. Give yourself some slack.
