@cactusncookies You get it. The reason the middle class are in the middle class and not rich is because they are more free with their money. To be a rich person, you almost need to be an asshole with money. No one becomes rich by spending money.
@sehahaj Since no one else has posted this that I can see, I very much enjoy and prefer the taste of even bad black coffee. I just love black coffee even for the taste alone ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Yeah it's bitter but it's not unpleasant especially when served very hot.

@StefanMolyneux A friend of mine got rather fat, lost a lot of weight while weightlifting very heavy but lost the weight exceptionally slowly and very controlled and barely had stretch marks. So it's possible I suppose
@jariahlashae He was horrendously out of line and should be completely and unilaterally socially castigated if not legally charged, however, she should probably be safe and not dress like that. Both opinions can be true.

Meh, people can buy a bag of frozen veggies for a dollar and a can of beans for just as cheap. The problem is it's just not appetizing to the completely unrefined pallet of a normal American. That being said, even just eating less junk food volume wise will objectively make you lose weight. If you're fat, you are objectively shoving more stuff down your mouth then your body can use. It's a nasty habit and Chinese know it which is why it's taboo.
I will say the food industry in America is horrible though and it's exceptionally easy to over eat on 90% of the garbage supermarkets peddle as food. In addition, the pallets of Americans have gotten so addicted to the garbage food fillers, extremely high salt and oil content in most foods sold, that most Americans would actually decline to eat natural foods assigning them as bland or unappetizing.
Idk, it depends. Could I have peaked even more in my 20s if I was living in the same body but just rolled back the age, for sure, but considering who I was in my 20s to who I am now, I have way more energy, in significantly better shape(getting close to Greek god level), weight left constantly with PRs today I could not do in my 20s, more money and leadership responsibility, and actually learned how to be charismatic as opposed to not being able to say two words before.
I'll be honest, I don't notice much difference in my physical performance from when I was 25 but I've always had a very clean diet. I rarely eat fast food, never drink sodas and eat what most would consider bland food as a diet staple.
Depends how much *less* is compared to your baseline. Calorie deficit usually takes a lot more less than most people think especially if the person is primarily sedentary.
Cardio also helps *some* but again the some is a lot less than most people think. After a two hour run, you'll burn off maybe a single slice of cake.
Weight training also helps *some* and again it depends on your starting point but having excess muscle weight increases your resting metabolic rate so an equivalently weighted person with a lot of muscle versus a person with a lot of fat is burning off more calories just sitting doing nothing compared to the person with a lot of fat tissue.
All of these things only help *some* though. It usually takes all three to equate to weight loss while concentrating on one while completing ignoring the others usually will tank what you're trying to achieve. Granted if there was one you could possibly take out, I'd say you can probably choose between weight lifting or cardio but ideally you'd want to do both especially if you aren't going excessively hard in either.
@notcapnamerica It's happening. I've seen the process myself with friends of family who were illegal for a short amount of time and no issues obtaining medicaid, and food stamps.
