To be fair, he already had so many votes locked in by then, which is why he won big in both the Electoral College and the popular vote. And yeah, he said it in jest at the scorching Vegas rally while telling the crowd not to pass out from the heat. The audience laughed, and he immediately joked that the media would twist it.
