Yeah I want to get an addition done to it sometime soon, but all things considered its gone great so far. I'm working on cleaning up the property now since the previous owners were stingy and didn't want to spend any money they didnt have to and overall didnt seem to give a shit how the place looked. So now its my problem but I am making it my own and the more work I do to the place the more it will be worth in the long run.

Rural Maryland but not far from much at all and my work commute is not far either. The house cost 270k, 700 sq ft so not a very big house but its got about 4 acres with it too. The price for the place was pretty terrible compared to what it last sold for a few years ago but that's the housing market now and we are never going to see it the way it was again.
