Charleston White reacts to Karmelo Anthony being found guilty in the Austin Metcalf murder trial 😳
“This was unfair. It was an all-white jury, and the judge, DA, and Austin’s dad are all buddies. We’ve already got the money set aside to appeal and keep fighting”
🚨 NOW: A Karmelo Anthony supporter just CALLED FOR MURDER against Austin Metcalf's twin brother
"They BOTH should've been dead! Both brothers!"
THIS is who the Anthony supporters are.
They believe white lives don't matter!
And the left defends them.
🚨 NOW: Sheriff’s deputies intervene after a group in “FREE KARMELO” shirts SURROUND a vehicle with Austin Metcalf supporters
These people are TRULY unhinged.
They’re camping out here in the parking lot of the courthouse, as we await sentencing.
@mattforney@ICEwire0 Yeah that dude and his lawyer were clowning it up for the jury pool in voir dire. Lawyer’s calling him “Melo,” he’s smiling and jiving. NOW he’s upset? Good.
Yep, that’s the part that’s not been exposed. Karmelo set out to “get in a fight” and kill a white teen. Austin was such a good dude he didn’t take the bait but Karmelo did it anyway.
I will go to my grave believing his family was offered the “donation” money for him to do it, with the self-defense angle played up (you’ll get off! Texas is a stand your ground state!) These people also think $500k sets you up for life when it’s really like 6-8 months for people who don’t understand money.
Now he’s crying and shaking because he realizes how bad they got played and he’s going away forever.
@EricSpracklen Look, I was too but I assumed there weren’t 12 white people anywhere with the balls to convict an aspiring rapper in a national trial. I thought for sure one would cuck out-hung jury. Happy I was wrong!
I will not debate this case with internet commentators or lawyers trying to litigate it on social media.
People keep asking whether I believe the State has proven its case. My answer is simple: No.
Based on everything I have seen and heard, I do not believe the prosecution has proven the level of intent required for a capital murder conviction under Texas law.
This case must be decided by the law not emotion, politics, public pressure, or social media narratives.
I am not a lawyer, nor do I speak for Karmelo Anthony’s legal team. I am simply sharing my perspective based on what I have witnessed throughout this process.
As a leader, I know we have done everything within our power to ensure Karmelo received a fair trial and the strongest opportunity for a defense.
To those who support him: stay patient, stay focused, and don’t allow social media to shake your faith.
I still believe God is in control.
I still believe justice matters.
And I still believe this case will end with a not guilty verdict.
Now, we wait.

Here are screenshots of the Judge's charge to the jury in the Karmelo Anthony murder trial. It's the instructions they follow to determine whether the defendant's actions met the requirements of murder or manslaughter. If they don't meet the requirements of either he will be found not guilty.
