The ticket checking person is holding an expired ID and snatched my phone for checking ticket.
He is making money by filling up form for ticket booking. No manners.

@airindia I have 25 KG weight limit on checked in luggage and 7 kg limit on carry on.

My checked in luggage is about 24 kgs and carry on luggage is about 6 kgs.
