Common Man Files:

Here, I intend to comment on businesses, markets, public policy and governance, sports, data, and plenty of other things that catch my attention.

I am not an expert on all of them, but I enjoy digging a little deeper, questioning the obvious narrative and trying to understand the reality.

This account will simply be a collection of those observations and analyses — some serious, some trivial. Hopefully, most worth thinking about.

Pretty much what was obvious from the beginning. They weren’t in custody simply for waving the Tiranga.

The usual suspects tried to deceive the people of India by saying that they had been detained and taken into custody because all they wanted to do was unfurl the 'Tiranga'. Today, during the hearing on the judicial custody of Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das, the Delhi High Court clarified that their custody was not due to the 'Tiranga' but because of the violation of the peace bond they had signed: @sambitswaraj
