What started as a vision is now reality. Fully funded, fully commercialized and driven by an extraordinary team and trusted partners, Commonwealth LNG is advancing Caturus’ wellhead to water energy solution.
Commonwealth’s Chief Operating Officer, Tony Eaton, will take the stage at LNG Export North America 2026 in Houston next week alongside our EPC partner, @TechnipEnergies, to discuss what it takes to successfully deliver an LNG megaproject in today’s environment.
From the beginning, the people of Cameron Parish have shown us what partnership and community truly mean. As we reach important milestones, we do so with deep gratitude for the community that has been part of this story from day one.
Thank you for the opportunity to be a long-term partner in Cameron Parish. We’re proud to move forward together.
Achieving Final Investment Decision reflects years of dedication, expertise and hard work of a truly exceptional project team. Thank you to everyone who played a role in getting us to this major milestone.

This Earth Day, our team is rolling up our sleeves for Louisiana’s Love the Boot Week! 🌱
Commonwealth LNG is proud to host a community beautification volunteer day in Cameron Parish, giving back to our host community by adding new plants around the historic courthouse oak trees and parish sign. We’re honored to preserve these special trees to be enjoyed for generations to come. #LovetheBoot
We were proud to have Commonwealth LNG COO Tony Eaton speak at @McNeese State University LNG Day in Lake Charles, Louisiana, engaging with students about the role LNG plays in today’s energy landscape and the people who power it. From understanding LNG facilities to exploring entry-level opportunities and growing into leadership roles, conversations like these help prepare the next generation for successful, long-term careers in this industry.
We are proud to share that our Chief Operating Officer Tony Eaton participated in the @bakerhughesco Annual Meeting 2026, joining industry leaders in the “Solutions in Action” session focused on optimizing gas infrastructure for a secure, affordable and sustainable energy future.
During his fireside chat, Tony discussed how Commonwealth LNG is positioned to support the growing global LNG demand and highlighted key innovations including the adoption of Baker Hughes LM9000 gas turbines for enhanced efficiency and lower emissions.
Congratulations to Emma Busby, who exhibited the Grand Champion Steer at the Cameron Parish 4-H Livestock Show! Commonwealth LNG is proud to be among the contributing buyers of Emma’s winning animal. We salute all who exhibited or volunteered to help make this show a success.

The Commonwealth LNG Gumbo Cookoff Teams had a great time serving (and consuming) plenty of great food at the Louisiana Fur & Wildlife Festival Gumbo Cook-Off in Cameron, LA. @Caturusenergy Production Superintendent Kim Brasseaux used his personal recipe to lead our team “Commonwealth LNG Shrimp-a-Roux” to win 3rd place in the LNG Seafood Division. Our company was a Platinum Sponsor for this celebration that has been a Cameron tradition since 1955.
Last week, Commonwealth was honored to be recognized with the Outstanding Community Partner Award at the @SowelaTCC luncheon in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The presentation cited Commonwealth’s commitment to education and workforce development in the Southwest Louisiana Region, including funding multiple scholarships at SOWELA to broaden opportunities for students seeking careers in the energy industry.

We’re excited to share today’s announcement of EQT Corporation becoming the latest to join our list of offtake customers with a 20-year commitment for 1 million tonnes per annum from our Commonwealth LNG export facility in Cameron Parish.
Today, we received our final non-free trade agreement export authorization from the U.S. Department of Energy for our 9.5 Mtpa liquefied natural gas facility in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
“Receiving our final non-FTA is a pivotal moment for Commonwealth,” said Ben Dell, Managing Partner of Kimmeridge and Chairman of Caturus. “It is also a critical endorsement of our integrated natural gas platform, featuring a unique wellhead-to-water strategy that will deliver responsibly sourced, low-emission fuel to domestic and international markets, all the while advancing U.S. energy leadership and economic growth.”
