A list of what's happening this week (March 23 - March 30) ⬇️
On Tuesday we hosted our website vibe code workshop in the Comms People community. It ended up being the perfect format for Claude Code newbies and was a safe place to address the tough and also the under-represented (yet incredibly important!!) questions that come up when working with AI.
💡 In the end, the workshop wasn't really about websites. It was about what happens when comms consultants stop waiting for the right tool to exist and just build it.

Would love to! We're a space where comms people can share knowledge, sharpen their craft, and gain the confidence to own their work, their value, and their future as consultants. We know the hardest part about doing comms is trying to figure it out alone. We're over 100 strong and AI-focused to help create systems that help us scale. https://t.co/zoXkDxso9u

What are the ramifications of automating the type of work that defines categories, shifts markets, builds communities, and facilitates understanding of culture? Instead of diving in head-first, Comms People should first think big picture about the impact of AI when your whole craft is words https://t.co/lx11SywHRH
'cringe' is the most common reason consultants don't like to sell their services. But the cringe is the point because it’s the moat.
Every founder you admire got over the cringe. Every consultant with a full pipeline got over the cringe. Every person who’s built something sustainable learned to be visible even when it felt uncomfortable.
Your ability to tolerate that discomfort is directly proportional to your ability to build a business.
