@British_Airways This seat was intended for my 3 year old toddler. She could easily have chocked midflight on this and we would have been none the wiser. This matter needs to be taken seriously. Could easily have been a rusty nail/pin!

@HIExpress Booking confirmed for us, yet room was given away! Too late for us to find anywhere. Two single beds provided in a room with disgusting floors #Litchfield 2 days later and still not heard from Rachel the manager!

@BandQ BQ Beckton telling me that so-called missed delivery was from third party. Then they tell me it was from BQ. Customer services say Beckton lied (exact words) as their notes (from Beckton) say that items not in stock. Tut tut! Meanwhile dementia customer has no heating!
