@keithspeacock Well nothing wrong with people making a profit if they deliver a service that works. Does not imply either that because they made a profit it was more expensive to the end consumer than the same thing being run by government.

@CityPowerJhb @AIC100 I recall that city is responsible for bringing to the boundry of the property and the how owner is responsible once it is on his property. Clearly this appears to nonlinear be the case. So where is the boundry now between city and owner of boundry is clearly no long the case
