St. Joseph's University and Lancaster General Medicine spoke with IU13 Community Education learners today about healthcare training, employment opportunities, and tuition reimbursement. Students were excited to learn about career pathways and funding to get them there!

The @IntlPaperCo made a donation to the Family Literacy program recently. The program will now be able to afford new books for its participants. We are forever grateful for continuing donations to our programs.

Thanks to the Walters Trust Foundation, IU13 Community Education and Literacy Council Success Centers took a field trip to the PA State Capitol. Students received a tour and learned information about the PA State government.

Graduates from IU13 Community Education’s Teacher Assistant Training class celebrated their accomplishments with their instructor, classmates, and families. With their certificate, they are now eligible to be hired as paraeducators in PA.
