Another morning of hard work for our S1 SOR group in Strength & Conditioning. These boys learning all about how their bodies work and learning the importance of being physically fit to play 🏉

Tonight’s @HawickRFC Skills clinic was for young Hookers in the town to look at perfecting their throwing techniques. In the capable hands of current greens players the #younggreens worked at their craft and took plenty learnings away. #thefuturesgreen 💚🏉💚

A huge thank you to PC Stewart who came up to @HawickU18s last night to raise awareness of drugs and alcohol and the effects it has on young bodies and minds. A real thought provoking chat and again showing that here in Hawick rugby we are always trying to improve the person. 💚

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try and TRY again. Been a long time getting to this stage with our girls only programme but we’re loving how it’s going from strength to strength. Brilliant to see all the girls loving the game and the smiles and laughter remind you of the why!
