This is really sad. More effort needs to be put into community engagement for prevention to succeed. #SchoolOralHealthAwareness and getting #parents especially #mothers is key.

Between 2008 & 2017 there was a clear trend of improvement in tooth decay in 5 year olds in England.

This has stopped.

Yet, good oral health is fundamental to child health & well-being
