@scottdavisCRE @clmarohn@DAAJr904 Two extremes do NOT solve the problem, hence our political ideological division and the duopoly control. Chuck has never promoted the NIMBY behavior. YIMBY theoretically promotes a strong town, but the voices on the ground are often not interested in connection.
The working class means those who must work to pay their bills.
McDonald’s workers are working class.
Walmart cashiers are working class.
Social workers are working class.

This is “workforce housing.” I am a single mom; I work in Temecula and my son just registered to go to MSJC.
I am the local workforce and I have been fighting and voicing the struggle to keep a roof over our heads for 8 years.
How many of you have donated to a go fund me to help a needy family? Or to a local food bank? We don’t want your money or your charity. Our only ask is for your support. Please join our movement to put pressure on local politicians to do their job.
We came together with Councilman, and Mayor Pro Tem Brenden Kalfus, council candidates Matt Rahn and Eric Faulkner to host the very first Town Hall all about workforce housing.
Solving the housing problem takes brave and educated leadership as well as community engagement.
@MelissaBourb19@AndrewYang we are a small but formidable team of volunteers who are working hard to solve the housing crisis & to create a path toward homeownership for the working class. Please follow us @CommunityUpward
Forward and Upward! 🤩🌷🏠
Are you wondering what a Town Hall meeting is? It's an opportunity for you to meet with local elected officials and discuss important issues that affect the community. Most elected officials have no idea what the problems are or how to fix them, and they need your help.
