12 mile lake run this morning. Just about everybody in the group has a fall marathon picked out. Interesting to hear all the choices.

Hard rain overnight made for wet spots on the route for today's 7 mile run to work. It also made it a good bit cooler.

9 mile lake loop this morning with friends then I drove to the office. Not exactly a commute run, but I ran and I got to work.

Windy and hot out there today - 20 mph winds with a temp of 95 F that "feels like" 101. Where's the wind chill when I need it?
