A8) Unplugging during the weekend as much as possible. My family lives w/the workload and schedule I have, but it's also a must that they know they are my first ❤️. Plus the mom soccer life is a perfect dose of what I need to keep going. #oklaed

A4) Have they not seen the impacts COVID has had around the world economically & socially? Multiply that by 100 in a classroom. Some students are truly JUST coming back to the building for the first time in years. It shows they have no idea what's really going on. #oklaed

A3) Personally, it would help w/more opportunities for my kiddos. Professionally, it shows that educators are valued & appreciated. It's a tough profession. As much as we put into making it better, educators are leaving because they can make more $ for less work & stress. #oklaed

A2) It's hard to think of just one thing positive at @LawtonPS. We have so many opportunities for our Ss! Our Ss are so engaged. We recently had a student panel on our #TimeWHime podcast. If you haven't seen it, look for it! If you ask, they will tell you. #oklaed #WeAreLPS

A5) My biggest concern is truly the unknown. There are so many obstacles a district, educators and Ss have to overcome that are not related to education itself. #oklaed

A5) Educators give 110% of themselves to do the best thing for Ss everyday. It’s not an easy profession, but we are here to prepare #LifeReadyGraduates! It’s key they know they are a huge part of a successful district. We need their partnership & collaboration too! #oklaed

A3) I am really excited to see the smiles on our educators and Ss faces! The hugs will be priceless and the atmosphere will be electric. I also know for some of our Ss they have been longing to see the people who love and support them no matter what. #oklaed
