I was a criminal investigator for a private contractor with TS clearance. I’ve been on warrant raids. I know what it takes to get a warrant; extremely frustrating and difficult.
This morning, Homeland Security Investigations agents executed a judicially authorized search warrant at Omar’s DC-area home as part of an ongoing federal criminal investigation for immigration fraud.
A home search warrant is not handed out lightly. A federal judge reviewed the evidence and found probable cause that incriminating material would be found. That is a high bar, especially for a sitting member of Congress three weeks before the midterms.
@Ilhan says she’s being targeted by a political enemy. Federal judges do not sign these warrants because someone on Twitter is mad. They sign them when the government presents evidence.
No charges have been filed yet. This is not a conviction. It is, however, the clearest sign yet that the long-running allegations about her immigration history have moved from political talking points into an active federal criminal investigation.
Even worse for Ilhan, she now will possibly (and hopefully) face federal RICO charges for the Minnesota fraud scandals, carrying up to 20 years in prison.
Arrest her. Convict her. Imprison her. When she gets out of prison, deport her.
Either way, her career as an American politician is over.

And the suspension will "last as long as it needs to."

The first is focused on his workout.

Eyes closed, breathing controlled, completely locked in. He’s unaware of everything happening around him. His only goal is simple: one more rep, one more set, one more limit pushed.

The second is focused on everything except his workout.

Dumbbells in his hands, but his eyes are somewhere else. His body is at the gym, but where his intentions are… only God knows! His workout isn’t just about training his muscles; apparently, his eyes need a workout too.

The truth is, the gym isn’t just a place to lift weights. It’s also a place where character shows.

Some people come to build their bodies, while others seem to come just to pass the time.

A real gym guy keeps his eyes on his own progress, respects other people’s space, and minds his own business. Because when your focus starts wandering, your workout suffers too.

So, bro, when you come to the gym, TRAIN LIKE YOU MEAN IT! 💪

🚨 BREAKING: Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger admitted Friday that she may have reinstated voting rights for an unknown number of dead people, according to the Washington Examiner.

Spanberger recently restored voting rights for more than 65,000 felons. In reviewing the list, her office says it “appears” several of those individuals were already deceased.
