3rd Graders @BridlewoodES got to use laptops💻 (big time) and explore @scratch this week in Computer Science! So many giggles and so much excitement. I can still hear the “meow” sound!

Some teacher days are long, but totally worth it!! @BridlewoodES @BridlewoodPta Science Night was a huge success! Loved partnering with my room dad to run the “It’s Electric” station! Closing circuits and opening minds!

Our @BridlewoodES students had the amazing opportunity to learn about the writing & publishing process today from the talented #Smudges author Lauren Emerson! I listened to this 6 times today and would sit through it again! #Unique

@MrVulloOnline @BridlewoodES @ScratchJr @DigitalLISD @LISDSTEM Students had been working on using broadcasting blocks in a project right before this, so it was a fun connection to prior learning! Tap the jumping character, broadcast a message to the counter to move over one space on the scoreboard! Tricky, yet rewarding. 👍🏼
