You are the dumbest bank I've ever dealt with, and apparently you don't even have a technical department that bugs can be escalated to. My card was stolen a year ago, so I replaced it, but various subscriptions are still able to charge that old card. Your incompetent employees keep telling me that these merchants are charging my new card, which makes absolutely no sense.
I've replaced my card again, and services that have never been given the new card number are still able to charge it. I can literally log into one of these services and see that it still has the old card number that was blocked, yet the charge still goes through. That clearly means that after a merchant receives an authorization at some point, the bank continues allowing that merchant to charge replacement cards automatically.
Instead of fixing the actual problem, your only solution is to tell me to block and replace my card again. On top of that, your support is basically phone-only instead of providing proper email support where someone competent can receive a detailed technical report and escalate it.
Your employees also can't even see that these merchants are submitting charges using my old card. On their side, the transactions appear as if they were charged to my new card, because your system automatically maps them to the replacement card and displays them that way. So support keeps insisting that the merchant somehow has my new card information when the merchant clearly still has the old, blocked card number.

@BofA_Help@BankofAmerica why do idiots work there? I called fraud, asked for a new card. They swapped my mailing + billing and sent it to a billing with no mailbox. Called again, was told 'dont worry'. Today I get a notice: card sent to the OLD inactive address. Are you serious?
